She is a highly trained and qualified OB/GYN with an extensive expertise in all facets of her work. Dr. Karen Desrosiers has been in practice for more than a decade and is currently serving patients within Moncton Hospital of Horizon Health Network in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
Dr. Desrosiers graduated with her Medical Degree from the Université de Sherbrooke - La Faculté de Médecine et des Sciences de la Santé in 1997, followed by her internship within the same educational venue. She has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and maintains professional memberships with the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada, the New Brunswick Medical Society, and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Alongside her practice, Dr. Desrosiers also serves as an Associate Professor with Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine and Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Desrosiers says that hard work is at the root of her success, and when she is not working she enjoys reading and playing the piano.
