Two Dutch journalists seized in Colombia


(MENAFN) The Colombian military said that two Dutch journalists were captured by Marxist ELN rebels in northeast Colombia in a conflict area.

In details, military said in a statement that both journalists were seized during working in El Tarra in Norte de Santander which is on borders with Venezuela.

Military said in the statement: "We have established that members of the Frente Hector of the ELN appear to have kidnapped the journalists."

However, the ELN is the second largest insurgent group which is in talks with the government to end to more than five decades of war.
