ANYA ANASTASIA UK TOUR 2017: An exciting opportunity to represent Adelaide and Australia

(MENAFNEditorial) ANYA ANASTASIA UK TOUR 2017

I'm excited to let you know that I'm currently gearing up for my biggest project yet! My show

Rogue Romantic is touring to London and Edinburgh! This is an exciting opportunity to represent Adelaide and Australia as an independent original cabaret artist in an international market and will be huge leap forward. I'm engaging the support of friends and fans to make it all a reality.

Following on from the success of my Adelaide Fringe season (there 3000 gorgeous humans saw my show, I was named "Best in Fringe" by the Adelaide Advertiser and was a recipient of the Edinburgh Award), I have been invited to present my show Rogue Romantic at the London Wonderground Festival in Southbank in the Famous Spiegeltent in July, and the Edinburgh Fringe for all of August!

This is a huge and thrilling undertaking to tour Rogue Romantic to the UK, so it is with our eyes firmly set on our dreams that my all-female all-star band, my favourite palm tree, and my alter-egos are packing our bags ready to hit the road in July.

We are smashing together all sorts of exciting events in the build up to this tour to engage all our supporters friends and fans- THAT'S YOU! - in events, and magical happenings as we whip up a creative storm and try to meet our fundraising target!

You will have the opportunity to attend parts of our tour VIRTUALLY, have a date with the Rogue Romantic LITERALLY, or receive a postcard from overseas PHYSICALLY as well as all sorts of other great prizes and fundraising events along the way in both Adelaide and Melbourne.

All of this sound like madness? You're right! It is ! A sheer creative, fierce storm of determination and activity hurtling towards the end goal of pulling off this tour. And I want to let you - my supporters - in on all of the unfolding experiences. I want to give you the chance to be the first to hear a new song as I write it! I want to send you a letter when my band and I arrive in London! Let's do this together, come and get drenched in glitter and song in the winter with me and my friends.

How The Funds Will Be Used

An overview of some of the costs involved in this tour.

We have received $5000 from Arts SA through coming runner up in the Made in Adelaide award, and I anticipate based on last years attendence that most of the personell and hire fees will be covered by ticket sales, but I estimate we will be falling short. If successful, this Pozible campaign is what is going to make it all acheivable.

The Challenges

There are of course a number of challenges in presenting this tour, largely fitting in all that needs to be done to get there.

From fundraising efforts, to tour preparations. Liaising about the marketing, and technical sides of the show, which is all still done by myself and my core team. But with the experience of last year's EdinburghFringe under my belt, I know what needs to be done, and with my great team around me, and a big push on the fundraising front, we're going to acheive the impossible, again!
