BAMAKO, Mali, 31st May, 2017 (WAM) -- Thierno Amadou Omar Hass Diallo, Minister of Religious Affairs and Worship in Mali, has received a delegation from the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, the Saudi News Agency, SPA, said.
The Mali Minister said that the achievements reached by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, towards Islam and Muslims have earned the kingdom a great global stature and a confirmation of its leadership of Islamic work, SPA reported.
The delegation also discussed with the ministry officials a draft of a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Islamic affairs, and relations between the two countries.
