(MENAFN) UAE's real estate sector will benefit from increasing protectionist policies in the West, despite the challenging economic climate as a result of the low oil price.
Accordingly, CEO of Azizi Development said that his optimistic outlook form this year has been empowered by a growth in demand as a result of barriers and immigration policies by the U.S. and Europe.
"A lot of new governments and new politicians are becoming too protectionist and they're highlighting borders instead of being more global," said CEO of Azizi Development.
The U.S. President attempted to ban citizens of six predominantly- Muslim nations from traveling to America, while he called for a temporary ban on Muslim immigration to the U.S and declared that "Islam hates us."
