British Airways' problems resume after IT power failure


(MENAFN) While many passengers are still waiting at the airports, British Airways said that they have continued most flights from London's Gatwick and Heathrow.

Therefore, British airline said that it intended to run the majority of services from Heathrow and a near simple schedule from Gatwick, while hundreds of passengers are waiting for hours at London.

Meanwhile, passengers have been warned not to travel to the affected airports until they approved bookings on new flights, British Airways emphasized that most of the IT problems are behind them.

On the other hand, the company could not count the number of the canceled flights during the weekend, while other airlines have been hit by computer problems.
