South Korean air traffic increases 3.8pct in April


(MENAFN) Government data showed that air traffic in South Korea increased by 3.8 percent in April in contrast with the previous year.

Furthermore, the number of passengers on Korean and international routes jumped to 8.68mn in the preceded month from 8.36mn.

the ministry of land said "An increase in travel demand on routes to and from Japan and Southeast Asian countries helped offset sharp declines in demand on Chinese routes last month."

In addition, as a part of the relation against the system of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, China restricted the sales of group travel to South Korea.
