Suicide car violence leaves 18 deaths in Afghanistan


(MENAFN) Locals told Anadolu Agency revealed that about 18 people passed away in a Taliban-claimed suicide car explosion in southeastern Afghanistan in the first day of Ramadan.

The Agency also revealed that the bomber apparently targeted the Afghan security forces' convoy in Khost City.

On the other hand, the deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Interior tweeted that the attack had caused the death of 18 people dead, and left 6 others hurt.

Never the less, it's still not reported how many civilians and security forces personnel died in the assault.
