MANAMA, 25th May, 2017 (WAM) -- Bahraini Interior Minister, Lt. Gen. Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, yesterday received a delegation from the Arab Parliament, headed by Parliament Speaker, Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm al Salami.
According to the Bahrain News Agency, the minister highlighted the importance of Arab solidarity to defeat plots against the stability of Bahrain, GCC and Arab countries. He also valued efforts of the Parliament to reinforce joint Arab work and its important role in dealing with joint issues and inspiration.
The Parliament Speaker asserted the backing of the parliament to Bahrain to protect its security and safety of citizens, and counter terrorism.
