Integrated Design Tools, Inc. (IDT), a renowned maker of specialized digital imaging equipment for scientific and industrial use, announced today that it is introducing two new lines of slow motion video cameras. The "0 Series" of compact, rugged, compact cameras are intended for use in extreme sports and comparable use cases. The CCM Crash Cam line brings a new level of performance and durability to automotive crash testing and other harsh, space-limited environments.

"We're are constantly challenging ourselves, trying to see how much further we can go with compactness, performance and resistance to mechanical trauma," said a representative of IDT. "For this reason, we are very proud of these two new creations. The 0 Series and CCM Crash Cams offer professionals the best possible equipment in very demanding conditions."

The 0 Series cameras, 09 and 010, feature the most integrated image storage available in a small form factor camera. They each hold up to 32 GB of integrated DDR. A removable 240GB removable solid state drive (SSD) is standard. Also standard are GPS, backup battery, rear fan, lower fan and manual micro four thirds mount. They are configured with active cooling and an angled side connector.

IDT's new CCM Crash Cams, the CCM-1510 and CCM-1520, are high G and vibration rated. Ultra-compact, they are well suited to onboard vehicular testing. The CCM-1510 is HDSDI Ready and Micro SD compatible. It is rated up to 200G for shock and 40G vibration. All axes are shockproof.

The company started in 1997 to provide digital imaging solutions for scientific and industrial communities. They are known for maintaining a standard of excellence, supported by its team of leading scientists in the fields of applied physics, imaging sensors, digital camera design and software. While high-speed digital imaging is its specialty, IDT also offers highly integrated systems that include data acquisition and signal synchronization modules. The company's product lines embrace industry standards such as high-speed USB and Gigabit Ethernet to supply plug-and-play instruments that are reliable, cost-effective, and easy to use. Versatile lighting systems are the most recent addition to its product portfolio.
