(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) JAMRUD, 24 May: Chairman Senate Raza Rabbani on Wednesday said that the implementation of Fata reforms would ensure basic and legitimate rights of tribal people adding that reforms in tribal areas is the need of the hour.
The Chairman Senate was talking to reporters after visiting the residence of MNA Shahji Gul Afridi and Senator Taj Muhammad Afridi in Shahkas area of Jamrud where he offered condolence on their sister's demise.
Chairman Senate said that implementation of Fata reforms will give the tribal people basic and legitimate rights. He asked the government to bring reforms in the tribal belt according to wishes and desire of their people.
Lauding security forces' operations in the region, Rabbani said that peace has been restored in FATA due to unprecedented sacrifices of the security forces and tribesmen. Due to the peace, he is here to visit Shahkas.
