(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, May 22 (Petra) - A European Parliament delegation began on Monday a three-day visit to the Kingdom in the framework of the 8th Antiparliamentary Meeting between the two countries.
During its visit, the delegation will meet with a number senior officials and representatives of civil society and nongovernmental organizations, a statement by the European Union Delegation to Amman said.
It added that the delegation will also visit refugee camps in the country EU-funded projects.
At the end of the visit, the delegation will hold a press conference on the results of the visit, relations between the two countries and other issues.
The delegation is the only body representing the official stance of the European Parliament.
