(MENAFN) Turkey has positively launched its first domestic missile, known as Kaan, in the Black Sea region of Sinop, according to the Defense Minister.
The official further added "A new launch of our 280-kilometer range Bora missile has been made in Sinop. It is about to fall onto its target in the Black Sea at this moment. Turkey is now making its own missiles. We have gained great self-confidence".
Moreover, he also posted that the Bora missile owns 610-milimeter caliber as well as 280-kilometer range.
Additionally, the minister said that its program contains a serious and effective firepower with a 470-kilogram warhead on highly importance goals.
