(MENAFN) Bahrain-based Dilmuina Mall Co. will develop a unique family-center mall over a 26.754 square meters in the heart of Dilmunia Island at a cost of USD137mn.
Moreover, the mall will boast more than 200 retial outlets on a whole built-up area of 125.000 square meters besides the kingdom's first state-of-the-art indoor ice-rink.
Additionally, the family-centric destination will feature unique entertainment centers, spectacular new retail outlets besides a huge range of Food and Beverage concepts from the MENA region.
The major contractor of the project is Bahrain-based Cyprus Cybarco Tabet JW, whereas the global architectural design has been prepared by Singapore-based DP Architects.
