Tunisian player Hamza Younes scored an own goal in the 14th minute.
This is Morocco's second win in less than five days after it secured a net victory over Burkina Faso last Friday in Marrakech.
The score could have been bigger had Moroccan exploited all the goal opportunities they created, especially during the second half of the match.
