(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC) , the international hotel investment and hospitality subsidiary of Qatar's Al Faisal Holding Company, will be one of the leading participants at the Qatar-UK Business and Investment Forum, which will be held in London and Birmingham today and tomorrow.
The forum will focus on a number of topics including the current business environment in the UK, tax-efficient ways to operate in the kingdom, and Birmingham's strategy for growth.
Scientific innovation, the Qatar National Vision (QNV) 2030, and investment opportunities in Qatar in real estate, healthcare, information technology and energy will also be discussed. The forum will be attended by high-profile government and private sector Qatari and UK representatives.

According to official reports, the UK is a significant strategic trading partner for Qatar. The UK's total exports to Qatar amounted to £2.6bn in 2015 (an increase of 16% from 2014), while Qatar's exports to the United Kingdom have doubled to reach £2.7bn during the same year.
