(MENAFN) The general meeting (EGM) of the Arab National Bank, confirmed dividend payout of 4.5 percent for the second half of last year.
Moreover, the meeting also agreed on the dividends of SAR450mn distributed for H1, 2016, while the total dividends distributions for the cited year reached SAR900mn.
The meeting also gave a nod to the board and auditors reports for the financial year and to the amendment of the firm's bylaws to be in line with the new firm's law.
Through the first twelve months of 2016, the bank posted net profits of SAR2.85bn down by 3.73 percent from SAR2.96bn a year earlier.
