(MENAFN) Duqm free zone has finished 16 percent of the ninth five-year infrastructure projects, while the five year plan is between 2016 and 2020.
Accordingly, Sezad is working on the completion of infrastructure projects amid the period, while 48 percent of these projects are recently being installed.
Additionally, the predicted cost of these projects surpasses OMR700mn and these projects will involve completion of the remaining packages of the infrastructure projects for the Port of Duqm.
The work also includes the establishment of marine works for the fishing harbor, as well as a number of major and auxiliary roads, lighting and other projects.
