(MENAFN- Asia Times) A special development zone in North Korea is looking for US$20 million in foreign investment to fund a 30,000 ton cruise ship, complete with on-board casino, reports the Financial Times.
The development zone is located in the restive Mount Kumgang region, adjacent to Kangwon province, renowned home of Pyongyang's unsuccessful ballistic missile test fire on Wednesday.
As you may have guessed, gambling is illegal in the North Korea, but, hey, it can't hurt to sweeten the deal.
