itCreations, the owner of the itBike, is a Montreal based company that has sold over 600 itBikes, mostly in the U.S. The company is planning to grow from $600,000 in 2017 to $4,500,000 in 2018. We are raising $400,000 in equity (with royalties).

itBikes are high quality, innovative water bicycles that are a fun and healthy way to spend time on the water and provide an excellent opportunity for itCreations Corporation to generate profits for its shareholders. itCreations is the creator and patent holder for the itBike. itCreations has spent many years perfecting the itBike so that it can be easily and efficiently produced for both fresh and salt water. itBikes are produced in the United States and China.

The co-founder of itCreations, Mark Diamond, has previous experience as the co-founder /1st investor in 7 companies that have either gone public or have been sold for a significant profit.

The itBike is designed for both leisure as well as for exercise. Users are both young and old, male and female. itCreations has spent 3 years developing the itBike Fishing, an inflatable fishing version of the itBike. itBike Fishing has been tested and is ready for final tooling and production. Funds are being raised to actively sell and promote both the itBike as well as itBike Fishing.

There are 2 major markets for the itBikes in the U.S:. The 3.5 million waterfront cottages in the U.S. and the 45 million fishing enthusiasts who went fishing at least once in 2015. There is a 3rd viable market with significant potential via our new inflatable itBike for recreational use. itCreations will target this potentially very large market once the company is over $20 million in sales and much stronger in capitalisation.

itBike has gross margins of 50% on its end user sales. The basic financial model is that for every 1,000 itBikes sold, itBikes will generate $700,000 in gross margins.

itCreations believes that there is a strong business opportunity to sell tens of thousands of itBikes per year. The major driver will be to develop customer and market awareness. A full times sales rep and public relations manager will be hired in 2017.
