Mr. Gold has three decades of CEO and CFO experience, including serving as the EVP & CFO of Warner Music Group for nearly a decade. His experience includes the following areas: private equity, fund management, mergers and acquisitions, public markets, technology startups and real estate finance. Prior to Warner Music Group, Mr. Gold was a partner at Ernst & Young for 12 years where he managed the global media and entertainment group.
At Warner Music Group, Mr. Gold was responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flows and capital expenditure approval. Additionally, Jerry focused on strategic planning, acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Gold managed Warner Music's investment in Columbia House, a direct marketing joint venture with Sony Music, and was a member of the Board of Directors.
