(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- An international forum on Islamic Economics and Social Investment will be held on Tuesday at Shangri-La Barr al Jissah Resort and Spa in Muscat under the patronage of H E Sheikh Khalid bin Omar bin Said al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Services.
International and regional specialised institutions will take part in the forum in order to strengthen finance and Islamic banking and consolidate the concepts of Waqf (endowment) and the innovative Islamic economics in the sultanate. The forum, with international, local speakers and experts, aims to discuss the best Islamic investment practices to contribute to the economic prosperity.
