(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: Light rains were reported from various parts of Qatar. There is an increased chance of rain especially on Sunday, according to the weather bureau.
Weather inshore tonight until 6am on Sunday will be hazy and cloudy with scattered rain at places becoming misty to foggy at places by dawn, while offshore it will be hazy and cloudy with scattered rain, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
The Meteorology Department warned of expected poor horizontal visibility at places by dawn. Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 03-08 knots. Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 12 knot, reaching 15 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4-8 kilometers decreasing 2 kilometer or less at places by dawn. Sea state inshore will be 1-2 feet, offshore it will be 1-3 feet reaching 4 feet at times.
