SARASOTA, FLORIDA Robert Paul has joined RE/MAX Platinum Realty as a Broker-Associate in the downtown Sarasota office. He was previously with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty in Sarasota.
Mr. Paul brings a wealth of local market knowledge and strong negotiation skills. He has long ties to the Sarasota area, having bought a family vacation home on Longboat Key in 1979. He has 19 years of real estate experience, including 15 years in the local real estate market.
Born in Miami Beach, Florida, and raised in Westchester, New York, Mr. Paul attended the State University of New York at Delhi, studying Hotel/Restaurant Management. He moved back to Florida in 1985 and returned to Sarasota in 2000. Prior to his career in real estate, he owned a Meineke auto repair franchise.
Mr. Paul is a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) specialist, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and is e-PRO certified. A past volunteer firefighter, he enjoys real estate investing, technology and taking ocean cruises with his wife of 30 years and two daughters, who were raised in Sarasota.
