Vietnamese floods kill 13

Hanoi, Rabi'I 5, 1438, Dec 4, 2016, SPA -- At least 13 people have been reported dead in central
Vietnam's most recent spate of floodings, according to dpa.
The floods, which began in late November, have killed six in Binh Dinh province, four in Quang Ngai province and three in Quang Nam province, the Thanh Nien newspaper reported on Sunday.
The most recent deaths, which occurred Saturday in Quang Nam, included three drowned children.
Four fishermen are also reported missing off the coast.
