Nissan aims to build new Qashqai model in Britain


(MENAFN) Nissan proclaimed that it will build its new Qashqai sport utility car at its plant in Sunderland, northeast England.

Accordingly, the car maker will boost its investments in the country, securing and sustaining the jobs of more than 7.000 workers.

Meanwhile, the government is committed to making and supporting the right conditions for the automotive industry in order to grow now and in the future.

The Nissan plant, is Britain's biggest car factory and the group's largest facility in Europe.
