GCC Housing Ministers meet in Riyadh on Tuesday


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, Oct 24 (KUNA) -- The GCC Ministerial Housing Committee kicks off its 15th meeting on Tuesday to discuss the Housing Affairs in the GCC countries.

The GCC's General Secretariat said in a press statement that the ministers will discuss a number of significant topics, including the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz on the strengthening of the GCC joint action which was presented during the 36th seesion of the Supreme Council in Riyadh last December, and the adoption of the technical specifications and recommendations reached previously.

The statement added that the ministers will discuss proposals of the Secretariat on the goals of sustainable development 2020-2030, besides the strategic plan for joint cooperation in the field of housing.(end).
