Wastewater Network Project to be applied in Jordan at JD25m


(MENAFN) Construction will start this year on a project to link over 100.000 residents of north Amman to the sewage network.

Furthermore, the project will be applied in three phases and will conclude by 2018, which will cost almost JD25mn.

Accordingly, the project aims to enhance water and wastewater services in the north of the capital and to protect the area"s springs and undergone water.

In addition, 64 percent of the population is recently linked to the sewage network, emphasizing that the ministry aims to raise the number of 70pct by 2020.
