8th UAE Cancer Congress to discuss effective and safe immunotherapies

DUBAI, 27th September, 2016 (WAM) -- Over 1,500 participants from around the world are to take part in the 8th UAE Cancer Congress, held under the theme, 'Promoting Excellence in Oncology', from 20th to 22nd of October, with the support and patronage of Dubai Health Authority, DHA.

Leading experts from the UAE and the UK will focus on new science and technology used in the development of the next generation of effective and safe immunotherapies.

The congress will cover current leading topics on multi-disciplinary cancer treatments. The highlight of the event is expected to be a live telecast of a surgery at Tata Memorial Hospital in India, according to the organisers.

The congress includes workshops, plenary sessions, abstract presentations, corporate symposia, an exhibit hall, and networking receptions.
