Turkish coast guards rescue 79 emigrants
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ANKARA, Sept 3 (KUNA) -- The Turkish coast guards managed to rescue 79 illegal emigrants after their boat capsized in the Mediterranean off the southern resort city of Antalya on Saturday.
The accident took place nearly 26.5 km Konyaalti district due to bad weather, Turkey's Anadolu Agency (AA) reported, citing security sources.
There are still two missing persons and coast guards are scanning the area of the accident in search for them, according to the report. (end) rs.gb
