Beijing, Dhu-AlQa dah 28, 1437, Aug 31, 2016, SPA -- The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi stressed that the meetings within the visit of Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to China, were eventful where the high-level committee was co-chaired by the Deputy Crown Prince and the Vice Premier of China, and it was preceded by preparatory meetings between officials from the two countries on energy, trade, security, culture, education and heritage.
In a statement to Al Ekhbaryia channel, he explained that the meetings included a meeting of the Deputy Crown Prince and the Chinese Vice Premier before the high-level session and they talked about the agreements that have been reached and the results of the meetings which developed an ambitious program upgrading the partnership between the two countries to a very high level.
Dr. Altoraifi also pointed out that the Chinese Vice Premier spoke about the importance of the Silk Road to China and how the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia s Vision 2030 is highly in conformity with that, where the Kingdom is seeking to be the bigger partner of China, which is today the second economy in the world.
He praised the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) s broadcasting of the document of the Kingdom s Vision 2030 and translated it into Chinese language.
