The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Altoraifi added that the high-level Committee's activities witnessed yesterday the signing of agreements on which Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz stressed that they will remain mere agreements unless they are activated and their results are seen within the next five years with the exchange of visits between the ministers of the two countries.
Dr. Altoraifi also confirmed that the visit carried the interests of Arab and Muslim worlds, where the Deputy Crown Prince spoke about the importance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the importance of China and the importance of what has been presented by the Kingdom for stabilization of oil markets, moderation in Muslim world and the fight against terrorism, and all these were highly commended by China.
He explained that one of the goals of this visit is to brief the Saudi people on the Chinese culture, and vice versa, where it was agreed on the translation of classic books and the formation of an emerging series in Chinese language, as it was also agreed on the broadcasting of theatrical and folk performances and holding of joint exhibitions.
