Traffic Accidents Kill 14 People in Morocco's Urban Areas Last Week
(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Fourteen people were killed and 1,475 were injured, including 79 seriously, in 1,086 traffic accidents in urban areas last week, the Moroccan police said. These accidents were mainly ascribed to non-control of vehicles, non-respect of priority, excessive speeding, pedestrian and driver errors and driving under the influence of alcohol, the Moroccan police said in a statement.
Over 34,771 traffic tickets were issued by the police during the same week.
