EU asks Apple to give 13bn euros in tax to Ireland


(MENAFN) EU antitrust regulators demands Apple to pay taxes up to 13bn euros to Irish government.

In addition, the EU executive reported that the tax"s amount is considered 40 times larger than the previous demand in a similar case.

On the other hand, Ireland showed that it wants to renewal the decision, reporting that Apple paid the tax rates on European earnings on sales of their iPhone and other devices of between 2003 and 2014.
