Kuwait- His Highness the Amir expresses sorrow over attack in Yemen

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Aug 30 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Tuesday a cable to Yemeni President Abd Rabbu Mansur Hadi expressing his condolences over the victims of the terrorist attack against a military base in Aden on Monday.
His Highness the Amir condemned this terrorist act, which left tens of people killed and injured, praying to Almighty God to bestow mercy upon souls of the victims and wished the injured quick recovery.
His Highness the Amir, in the cable, affirmed the State of Kuwait's strong condemnation of this brazen terrorist act that targeted innocent people. He also reiterated the unwavering rejection of all forms of terrorism, Kuwait's solidarity with the international community in the fight against this scourge, as well the efforts aimed at drying up its resources.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to President Hadi. (end) mys
