(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Baghdad, Aug. 30 (Petra) -- A blast ripped through a popular market northwest of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, killing 3 people and wounding12 others, according to a security source.
Captain, Khalid Jamil, of Baghdad police told Petra's correspondent that a bomb went off in Sabaa al-Bour district, leaving 15 people dead and injured.
He said ambulances raced to the location and evacuated the casualties, while a security force cordoned off the area.
