Iran, EU to discuss Caspian Sea oil projects
(MENAFN) Iran is in discussions with firms from Norway, the Netherland and the UK on the Caspian Sea gas and oil fields.
However, no contract was signed, while the National Iranians Oil Co. conducted projects to launch oil and gas exploration activities in the Caspian Sea.
Meanwhile, Iran is discussing with Italian firm Eni on investing in Shiraz Pars Refinery project.
Accordingly, more hydrocarbon reserves will be explored in the offshore SardarJangal field in northern Iran as rigs have been installed.
