Tax bill of USD1.1b from EU to Apple Irish


(MENAFN) The European commission will rule against Ireland's tax dealings with Apple, according to two familiar sources with the discussion. While the commission declined to comment.

Also the source told Reuters, the European commission accused Ireland of entering the international tax rules by letting Apple shelters profits worth tens of billions of dollars from tax collectors for maintain jobs.

Moreover, the commission will recommend a figure in back taxes that it expects to be collected, but Irish authorities will be up to calculate exactly what is owed.
