Geely Emgrand GT V6 super sedan is winning hearts in Oman

The Emgrand GT V6, Geely's first flagship super saloon powered by Geely's first 3.5l V6 engine, is the most innovative and advanced vehicle Geely has ever produced.

Equipped with exciting new features, luxuries and technological advances, the Emgrand GT 3.5l V6 represents the Chinese automaker's vision and commitment towards making refined cars that are affordable.

In Oman, this super sedan is exclusively available at Towell Auto Centre (TAC), a leading automobile distributor in Oman.

A front-wheel drive car, the GT is powered by a 3.5l V6 engine with six speed automatic transmission and is available in two versions – Emgrand GT Elegance and Emgrand GT Luxury. The 3.5l engine produces an impressive 285bhp and 326Nm.

A senior spokesperson of TAC said, 'The all-new Geely Emgrand GT with 3.5l V6 engine offers an excellent package of quality, comfort, design, safety and never seen before performance along with a reasonable price. Much of the technology and safety of the Emgrand GT has been undersigned by Volvo cars, which is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese automaker.

'The Emgrand GT meets Geely total safety management system (GTSM) requirements and puts safety at the forefront with regards to both passive and active safety systems. This guarantees safety and peace of mind to the driver and the passengers at all times.'

As for the feature list, the 2016 Geely Emgrand GT boasts quite a lot. There is an electric power steering for better handling; four ways electric steering wheel; dual, side and curtain airbags; reverse camera; electronic parking brake and auto hold; ABS and EBD; 18' alloy wheel; panoramic moonroof; electric folding side mirrors; dual climate control A/C; touchscreen radio; USB+AUX and Bluetooth and navigation.

In the Emgrand GT Luxury variant, certain extra features such as knee airbags, 12 parking sensors, head-up display, blind spot detection, parallel semi-automatic parking, rear A/C controls, VIP seat adjuster and rear windshield sunshade electric adjustment are available.
