(MENAFN) S. Korea will invest USD35.5mn by 2020 in order to boost the country industrial design capability and develop higher value-added products.
Accordingly, the country will make full efforts to help the related business sector enhance its competitiveness and find new growth engine in high-quality design.
Ann extra 30bn won will be also used to introduce a short-term R & D voucher, which subsidizes regional firms to make instant investment.
In addition, the country will expand the number of shops and stores that display well-designed goods produced by some firms in 2020.
