Zain Iraq to expand services deal with Ericsson
(MENAFN) Zain Iraq, a leading telecom operator and Ericsson signed a 3 year extension of their network and IT operation and optimization managed services deal.
Ericsson will continue to optimize, change and manage network and IT operations for Zain nationwide 3G mobile network in Iraq.
Moreover, the agreement will allow Zain to focus on enlarging its network and providing appealing voice and highly demanded data services.
Zain will also be able to grow its focus on its core customer-facing business activities like managing customer relationships.
