Kunooz Oman backs mining exhibition to boost Oman's influence in global industry

The largest privately owned mining group in Oman, Kunooz Oman Holding will be a key contributor to the second edition of the Oman Minerals and Mining Exhibition and Conference that is scheduled to be held from January 16 to 18, 2017 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The international trade event will serve as a business platform for the rapidly expanding mining industry in Oman.

The group companies, including associates of Kunooz Oman, Al Rawas Mining, Mihwar al Wifaq, Majan Mining, Al Rawas Marble and Granite, Salalah Readymix Company, Carmeuse Majan and Al Rawas Transport, Machinery Hiring and Trading will once again be showcasing their products, services and offerings in this event.

Al Rawas Mining Company mines and exports gypsum to the Pacifica Asian economies and East Africa.

Organised by Omanexpo along with Awtad, the conference provides a platform for the mining industry and the regulators to deliberate on the various issues and challenges faced by the sector.
