Net Global Reserves grow by 18.4pct in Morocco


(MENAFN) Morocco net international reserves reached to MAD245.8bn until August this year, posting 18.4 percent grow on an annual basis.

However, the reserves registered a 0.2 percent weekly drop, whereas the central bank injected MAD21.5bn.

On the other hand, the interbank rate increased from 2.25 percent to 2.27 percent, whereas the average daily exchanged volume fell to MAD2bn.

Meanwhile, the Dirham appreciated by 0.04 percent against the euro and depreciated by 0.06 percent against the dollar.
