(MENAFN) Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca D"az, stated that Iran is a significant economic partner and the economic ties should be expanded between the two countries.
Iranian IRNA reported that this statement was made at the preliminary ceremony of Iran-Cuba economic forum in Havana.
The minister further noted: "We should also take advantage of Iran"s potentiality for our presence in the Asian markets."
