10 die in bus crash in southern India

New Delhi, Dhu-AlQa'dah 19, 1437, August 22, 2016, SPA -- At least 10 passengers were killed and 18 injured
Monday when a bus fell into a canal in southern India, police said, according to dpa.
The accident took place in Telangana state's Khammam district The driver of the bus appeared to have lost control and it swerved and fell off a bridge into the Nagarjunasagar canal, an official at the police control room said.
The privately owned bus was travelling from the state capital Hyderabad to Kakinada in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh state.
