Gold price stabilizes at USD 1.339 per ounce

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Aug 21 (KUNA) -- The gold price stabilized at USD 1.339 per ounce in the end of the past week trades, two dollars higher than the level in the week's start, according to Sabayik Al-Kuwait company for precious metals.
Sabayik Al-Kuwait indicated in a report, released on Sunday, that the gold jumped above the USD 1.340 per ounce level on Wednesday, after the US Federal Reserve decided not to raise the interest.
Meanwhile, silver dropped to USD 19.23 per ounce after falling to the level of USD 19.23 per ounce. (end) km.rk
