(MENAFN- Daily News Egypt) Hill+Knowlton Strategies appointedBashar AlKadhias its new CEO in MENA, overseeing the company's business across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. He will assume the position in September.
AlKadhi joins from the role of COO at Hill+Knowlton's fellow WPP company ASDA'A Burson-Marsteller, a position he had filled since 2010.Prior to that, he held several senior public relations posts across the Middle East, serving as senior vice president and group controller at i2 Group, director of public affairs at The Coca-Cola Company, and a founding member of Intermarkets PR. AlKadhi will also join the company's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) management team, and serve as senior vice president for EMEA.
