Hotel occupancy rates in Dubai drop by 3.5pct


(MENAFN) Dubai hotel occupancy rates declined by almost 3.5 percent amid the first half of this year compared to the same period last year.

In addition, the average daily rates fell by almost 10 percent, which finished in a 13.1 percent dip.

However, despite the dropping, the country remains one of the main performing markets in the GCC, with different cities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman.
