HDFC, India's largest home loan bank, is presenting this year's India Home Fair at Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat from September 2.

The two-day event will showcase properties and real estate developments in different parts of India by more than 45 reputed builders.

HDFC has been an active supporter of the success story of the Indian real estate sector. The largest home loan bank has been bridging the gap between developers and customers by pooling its resources for the betterment of the real estate sector. NRIs have always been looking at right investment opportunities to park their hard earned money.

'The Indian Home Fair is the right avenue for this as more than 45 reputed builders will be part of the exhibition. HDFC has many novel schemes that are easy and aimed at prospective real estate buyers,' said Rupsree, regional head, HDFC.

Abhimanyu Kukreja, Oman representative of HDFC, said, 'The previous editions of India Home Fair have attracted a large number of visitors and many of them have got rich dividends from their visit. This year, we have selected the builders who have proved their merit in the market. Thus, the upcoming exhibition will have top builders and developers who have not only excelled in their field but have a wide range of products on offer for customers.'

Lijihas Hussain, director, Molecules International, organiser of the property exhibition along with East Expo, said, 'By bringing together HDFC and reputed builders on one platform, it has become a golden chance for NRIs to get first-hand information about affordable homes.
