(MENAFN) Kuwait Business Town Real Estate recorded an increase of 70.35 percent in profits among the second half of this year, compared to the same period in 2015.
Meanwhile, earnings reached almost USD1.7mn in Q2 of 2016, against USD1.04mn in the same quarter of 2015.
Moreover, revenues stood at almost KWD 938.24mn in H1 of the recent year, compared with almost KWD 554.98mn in the same half of last year.
In addition, profits increased by 40.62 percent to KWD 1.95mn of which 76.9 percent was achieved by the real estate leasing business over H1 this year.
